PLACING AN ORDER
An art proof will be created by one of our designers once the quote has been approved. Please provide an example of layout, font preferences and logos with your initial order if you have a particular preference. Be as specific with your request as possible. If you have trouble attaching files, please email them to [email protected]. You will be provided an in initial art proof for your review. You are allowed one additional round of revisions to this proof for free. After two art proofs each additional art proof revision will be charged $25.00
• If you are submitting artwork, it must be submitted as black and white vector art. We cannot engrave artwork with shading, gradients, colors or drop shadows.
• Logos and Artwork must be provided in one the following formats: True vector files (EPS, AI, CDR, PDF) are preferred to bitmap files (JPG, TIF) because engraving bitmap files result in poor engraving quality. Do not send a bitmap file “re-named” as an EPS or other vector file format as this will not convert a bitmap into a true vector file, and the file will still be unsuitable for engraving. Artwork submitted in bitmap files will incur a reformation charge of $35 per hour (1 hour minimum).

Want to submit your own layout? Please follow these guidelines:
1) Convert all fonts to curves/outlines
2) Font and text sizing must be at least 12 pt
3) All lines must be at least 0.5 pt thick
4) Save layout as an EPS, CDR or AI file
5) Upload the file to our web portal or email to [email protected]
If the artwork we receive deviates from the above specifications, an art reformatting charge of $35 per hour may apply (1 hour minimum charge). Failure to provide artwork in a usable format may result in production delays.
Projects take 3 - 5 business days after the proof has been approved. If you need it sooner than 3 days, a rush fee of $35.00 for 3-day turnaround will be added. 2 day is $45.00, and 1-day turnaround is $55.00
Minimum Order Fee
There is a minimum order of $35.00 for all orders.
Are There Any Restrictions In The Text Or Images That I Can Use To Personalize?
Engraved Products reserves the right to refuse reproduction of prohibited content. Prohibited content includes content or material (text, images or photos) that Engraved Products believes:
- Is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate;
- Contains copyrighted material used without written permission of the owner;
- Violates or otherwise encroaches on the rights of others;
- Advocates illegal activity;
- Harms anyone, including minors; or
- Provides a link to any of the above.
Can I Have A Logo Or Other Artwork On My Items
Yes! Your logo can be produced on most of our items, but minimum order quantities will apply. Please click the REQUEST QUOTE button and upload your logo. NOTE: Additional set-up fees, processing time and delivery fees may apply.
Can I Order An Item Without Personalization?
No. We only sell products we engrave or customize. We do not sell blanks.
Can I Personalize Items In A Different Language?
Our online personalization feature only produces items using the standard English keyboard. Please note that special accent symbols or special characters can't be produced.

Can I Exceed the Character Limits Shown on the Website? Are Spaces Considered A Character??
At Engraved Products our goal is to allow as much flexibility as possible with customer personalization. For each product, however, our product design team has determined what will look best, which is how we set each character limit, therefore adhere to the character limit and you can be sure your product will look unforgettable! NOTE: Spaces and punctuation do count as one character each.
Can I Use Symbols in My Personalization?
We are sorry but at this time, accents, special characters, and symbols can't be produced on our products. We can only produce letters and numbers from the standard English keyboard.
Is Your Website Secure?
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in the cloud using state of the art cloud services providers.
Do You Rent or Sell Any of My Information?
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We offer our customers several convenient payment options. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept cash, checks or COD for online orders.
Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?
Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately sent to our production facilities so that we may offer you expedient service. Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.
Do You Offer A Gift Box Service?
No, currently we do not offer any personalized gift box options.
How Will My Order Be Packaged?
We can assure you that your order will be packaged with the utmost care to ensure its safe arrival. We realize that presentation is an important part of the gift-giving experience! We carefully package each order based on content with materials that protect your item(s) while making a great first impression.
When Will My Order Ship?
We pride ourselves on fast turnaround with most orders shipping from our Connecticut warehouse within (10) business days. Some items have longer lead times indicated and will not have express shipping available.
Can My Order Be Picked Up?
We do offer local customers (see our address below) an option to pick up their orders. The customer pick-up option will be displayed on the checkout page for you to select. We will contact you via e-mail once your order is ready for pick up. Orders may be picked up in our lobby at the address below Monday - Friday, 9 am to 4 pm.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax according to the policies of the delivery jurisdiction.
In certain states, we are also required to charge tax on shipping charges.
Do You Have A Catalog Or Retail Stores?
We do not have a traditional paper catalog available for distribution - our web site is our full catalog and store. It contains all the items which we sell, with new items added frequently.

We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization and order details before submitting your order. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production.
